For time effective handling of our Xpert-Timer we recommend to know the following hotkeys by heart:

• Win + End => Pause
   
• Win + Numpad-',' => Open reporting module
   
• Win + Backspace => back to the last project
   
• Win + F9 => Open or close To-Do List
   
• Win + F10 => Show / hide To-Do-List
   
• Win + F11 => Add entry to activity report for this project
   
• Win + F12 => Add a new task to the project
   
• Win + ENTER => open project menu
   
• Win + '0' ... '9' => Hotkeys for projects


• Win + Z => Assign projects to users
