The synchronization module allows you to time your projects offline. So you don't need a connection to the main database all the time.
When using the Synchronization module, the user saves all the data into the local Microsoft Access Database. This database can either be on a Laptop or on a U3-USB Stick.
The local data is synchronized with the main database if the function is called in the Xpert-Timer system.
In order to have the databases exchange the correct data, a synchronization file must be created in Xpert-Timer and be activated in the mobile computer or U3-Stick. This file includes the unique user number and the database connection to the main database. This file must be created at the main server and must be activated on the laptop or the U3 stick.
