Manage all your users in the user administration. If you right-click on a user you see a context menu. Here you can:
Reset user specific settings: All window sizes, window positions and other user settings, like the size of the timebar will be reset.
Copy user settings to clipboard: Copy all settings of the user to the clipboard in order to paste them to another user.
Reset password: If you've lost a user password, you can reset it here. The system will give you a new password.
Delete current timestamp: Sometimes it happens, that a running timestamp is not finished correctly. This can be caused for example by a power failure. If this happens, all projects you start will not start counting at 00:00 minutes, but show a weird time, like 23:12 and count from there. Then go ahead and use the function "Delete current timestamp" and the problem should be solved.

If you double-click on a user you can edit user specific data and assign an access level and workgroup.
Use workgroups to organize your Xpert-Timer users. You can assign projects easier and filter for groups in your Reporting dialog.
