Double click on a project to open the project configuration. Here you can change the project name, add a description or change the status of the project.
You have the choice to enter the activity report manually or have it automated. Just enter the text and the Xpert-Timer will automatically enter the text.
The project types in the dropdown menu were created by you in the configuration.
You can change the status of the project and correct the percentage of the progress. If you activate the progress question, the Xpert-Timer will ask you for the progress every time you exit the Xpert-Timer.
Also change the planned start and finish of the project if necessary.
Enter the charges per unit and the duration per unit in the charges.
If you don't enter any price, Xpert-Timer will automatically use the prices of the main projects.
If you select the full price per unit, Xpert-Timer does not charge per minute but per unit.
In the Progress you find the graphic of the progress percentage and the hours used for the project.
In the User menue you find all users linked to the project. Right click and you can add a new user to the project or enter a new task for the project. You can also assign a "Person in charge" for the project. The person will be highlighted in the project manager, so you can always easily see, who's the responsible person for the project.
Click on tasks to see all open tasks for your project. You can sort them by klicking on the header.
If you right klick, you can add or delete tasks.
In the menu "Activity report" you find all finished tasks of the project.
You can sort the entries by date if you click on the header "Activity report".

Make sure you enter the new date as well.
The time stamp shows you the times you have worked on the project. If a time had been entered manually it will be marked with a "Y" in the column "Addendum".
