The timepanel is the cockpit of your Xpert-Timer. Instead of having
the program manager open all the time, it is enough to just have
the timebar on your screen. It helps you to keep an eye on your
time...you know...time flies...
You can choose between different views:

- Finish your working day: You'll need this, if you run your
computer 24 hours. The Xpert-Timer needs to be finished, when
you end your working day.
- Start / Pause / Stop your project
- Jump back to the last projects used. You'll see a list of
the last used projects.
- Show projects with shortkey: If you have assigned projects
with shortkeys, they will be listed here
- Open you project manager with one klick
- Reporting: Click here to get directly to the reporting dialog
- Search for project: Click here to search for a project or
hit WIN+Space
- Send an e-mail report to keep your coworkers up to date with the status of your project
- User name: This is the user, logged into the Xpert-Timer
- Tasks: Here you can see how many tasks are attached to your
project
- Documents: Here you can see how many documents are attached
to your project.
- Name of your project
- Subprojects: If you click on the arrow, you can see how many
subprojects exist
- Estimated progress: This is the estimated project progress
- Project progress: This is the actual project progress.
- Countdown of the time you guessed you would need for the
project.
- The time that is actually been used for the project.
- Your costs that have occured so far.
You can change the setting of the timebar in the Configuration.
You can also change the look, size, font size and other in the configuration.
As soon as you start the Xpert-Timer your timebar looks like
this:
After a short period of time the program will remind you to add
a project if you have not done so yet. Every hour the timebar
will blink in order to remind you of the running project.
If you double click on the timebar, you open the project configuration
of the active project.
As soon as you activate a project, it will be displayed on the
screen:
If you right click on the time, you can decide what time you want
to be shown:
The yellow time shows the actual project time. You also find the
actual costs. They are automatically calculated for you upon the
charge you entered, when you added the project.

The blue letters show you the main project time and the
main project costs.

The light blue time gives your the daily sum of the project time
and cost.

The orange letters show you the time and cost of the subproject
your are running at the moment.

The green letters show you the total daily sum.
If you right-click on the timebar, you get following menue:
Besides the known buttons you find the option "Previously
used projects". If you click on it, you will get a
list of your previously active projects.
Also, there ist "Projects with Hotkeys". If you click here,
you will get a list of the projects with shortcuts. You
can also hit CTRL + Enter in the Project Manager in order
to get a list of the project shortcuts.
